Weddings at the K-T Ranch

K-T Ranch is one of the few original homesteads that remain in Meeker Colorado area. The four-bedroom ranch dates back to the late 1800’s. Sleeping configurations accommodate either four couples in king and queen beds. These beds can be switched to single twin beds and can sleep up to 8. There are two shared bathrooms, at the ranch, and the entire ranch house was remodeled and reappointed in 2009.

Our exceptional location makes it convenient to have your outdoor wedding in the Colorado Mountains without being too far away. Considering our recently remodeled Guest House that can accommodate your guest’s right on the property with the same country setting. After your perfect wedding day, enjoy the perfect wedding night here, at the K-T Ranch Guest House, Enjoy our lush accommodations, a delicious hot breakfast. And of course, your family can stay longer for a fun vacation or family reunion.

Guests at the Ranch take a step back in time reminiscent of the original guest ranch days, while enjoying all the comforts of modern accommodations. The unique surroundings of K-T Ranch will make your event a memorable one. You may keep your wedding simple, or make it as elegant as you would like. For a small to larger affairs, there is plenty of room in our spacious lawn to hold a reception tent. There is a practical limit of about 100 persons. Larger events up to 150+ persons are possible with special arrangements.

• Additional nights are available for exclusive use of ranch, including all meals and activities at an additional charge.
• K-T Ranch can provide a champagne and hors d' ouvres reception. Their is an additional cost for guests in excess of 8.
• K-T Ranch can provide a formal sit-down dinner for guests. Their is an additional cost for guest in excess of 8.
• It is necessary for the Bride to hire a wedding planner/coordinator in order for K-T Ranch to host the wedding.

Payment and Cancellation Policy for Wedding Package:

Due to our intimate size and location, cancellations can affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. If for any reason you must cancel your reservation, we will gladly return any collected funds, less 10% of the total cost of the wedding package reservation, if a cancellation is made in writing 150 or more days prior to the reserved date. No refund is available for cancellations less than 150 days before reserved date.
