HLR has lodging facilities for up to 30 guests, there is off site lodging for an additional 20+ guests

• Additional nights are available for exclusive use of ranch, including all meals and activities at an additional charge.
• HLR can provide a champagne and hors d' ouvres reception for up to 120 guests, at an additional cost for guests in excess of 30.
• HLR can provide a formal sit-down dinner for up to 120 guests, at an additional cost for each guest in excess of 30.
• There is comfortable lodging within a 25-40 mile area for an additional persons
• It is necessary for the Bride to hire a wedding planner/coordinator in order for HLR to host the wedding.

Payment and Cancellation Policy for Wedding Package:

Due to our intimate size and location, cancellations can affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. If for any reason you must cancel your reservation, we will gladly return any collected funds, less 10% of the total cost of the wedding package reservation, if a cancellation is made in writing 150 or more days prior to the reserved date. No refund is available for cancellations less than 150 days before reserved date.
